Features
Everything Stabiso does, in plain language, grouped as the app's sidebar groups it. Each row says what the feature is for, the rule worth knowing before you use it, and where to read more: the guide explains how it behaves, the API page lists its operations (generated from the code, so it is always current).
Two rules hold everywhere and are not repeated on every row:
- Controlled steps. Whatever the approval policy says needs approval is decided by the AI reviewer (the default) or waits for a second person (four-eyes mode). The AI reviewer runs fixed checks, clears clean steps at once and holds the rest; a person who runs the company alone releases a hold with a passkey touch after any waiting time (Settings → Approval policy → Who approves). An AI agent never approves anything. See approvals.
- Nothing is deleted from the books. A posted entry, invoice or bill is never changed; it is reversed or credited, and every change is in the audit trail.
The app is a client of the same API as integrations and agents, so everything the app does can be done over the API as well (API documentation). The screen-by-screen tour of the app is the web UI guide.
Every day

|---|---|---|---|
| Home | A ranked list of what needs your attention (approvals, unmatched bank lines, overdue items, recurring invoices due), the key figures and the reports you pinned. | Every row opens the list it counts. | Guide |
| Help in forms | Every field says what goes in it with an example; usual values are one click away; codes are made from names; "Suggest with AI" proposes the rest with a reason for each value (on the support queue, a new account and a field of your own; countries are picked from a list; the codes of cost centres, their values and price lists are made from the name). | Nothing is saved until you save; the AI never makes up names, addresses, amounts or bank details, and a slow AI leaves the form as it was. | Guide · API |
| Talking with the assistant | Press the microphone beside the assistant and talk: it answers aloud, stops as soon as you speak, and writes both sides into the conversation with its charts and lists; in English, German, French, Italian and Swedish. | The same rights and approvals as the typed assistant: it asks for a clear yes before changing anything, and approving, closing, sending and paying stay yours on the screen. Your voice goes to Google at the EU endpoint; nothing is recorded. | Guide |
| Analytics | How the company is doing: key figures against a comparison period, trends, top customers and vendors, what moved. | Every figure and chart opens the report behind it. | Guide · API |
| Saved reports | Lists and reports asked of the assistant in a sentence or built field by field (invoices, bills, customers, vendors, deals, leads, payments, orders, subscriptions, journal lines, products), kept with one click: pinned to Home, e-mailed each day, week or month with a CSV, shared, opened group by group down to each record. | Each reader sees only what they may see, in their language; dates such as "start of last month" and the person "me" keep a report current; amounts of different currencies are never added together. | Guide · API |
| Approvals | The queue of requests waiting for a second person: entries, new customers and vendors, bank details, orders, recurring terms, bills. | You never see your own requests as yours to decide; when nobody else may approve yet, it offers to invite a second person, such as your accountant. | Guide · API |
| Search (Tell me) | Search for any page or action, or any invoice, bill, order, entry, payment, customer or vendor by its number, a reference or a name, in every company (Alt+Q). | Numbers match without their dashes and spaces. | Guide · API |
| Notifications and task reminders | The bell in the top bar and the Notifications page: tasks given to you, due or overdue, deals made yours, won or lost, your approval requests decided; optionally by e-mail, chosen per kind. | You are never told of what you did yourself; a test copy sends no e-mail. | Guide · API |
General ledger
| Feature | What it does | Worth knowing | Read more |
|---|---|---|---|
| Companies, fiscal years and periods | The legal entities of the organization, their fiscal calendars (monthly, 4-4-5, 13 periods) and which periods are open. | Postings go only into open periods. | Guide · API |
| Chart of accounts | The accounts, from a template per country and standard (KMU for Switzerland and Liechtenstein, an HGB-structured chart for Germany, the PCG for France, an Italian chart, the PGC PYMES for Spain, BAS for Sweden, a Finnish chart, the Danish standard chart, NS 4102 for Norway, FRS 102 for the UK, US GAAP, a Canadian chart for ASPE or IFRS, IFRS elsewhere), edited on screen. | An account is never deleted and its number and type are fixed; moving a system account to another report line needs a second person. | Guide · Account roles · API |
| Journal entries | Manual entries in the General Journal: post, save as a draft, submit for approval, reverse, or reverse automatically on a date (an accrual). Unsaved work survives in-app navigation in the signed-in session; refreshing warns before discarding it. | Every entry balances and can't be changed once posted; the database enforces it. | Guide · API |
| Recurring journals | Entries that repeat monthly, quarterly or yearly (rent, allocations, accruals that reverse on the first day of the next period), posted on demand when due. | A person activates one, never an agent; each entry goes through the approval policy and a due date is never posted twice. | Guide · API |
| Foreign currency | Entries in any currency, converted at the reference rate of the day; revaluation at period end. | Guide · API | |
| Reports | Trial balance, income statement, balance sheet, general ledger, aging, VAT report, with drill-down to each entry and CSV export. | Guide · API | |
| Budgets and forecasts | Plans with versions a person approves, by account and period, compared with what was posted. | Never posted to the ledger. | Guide · API |
| Rolling forecast | Every company's profit and loss for the next 12 periods, made by the system and rolled forward after each close from actuals and the run rate, never below what subscriptions, recurring invoices and journals and depreciation already bring. | Nothing to set up; each roll is a draft a person approves, and a figure a person changed is kept. | Guide · API · Plans API |
Sales
| Feature | What it does | Worth knowing | Read more |
|---|---|---|---|
| Customers | Customer master data: address (also entered at creation), VAT ID, e-invoicing address, payment terms, contacts, bank details, balances. | A new customer gets the company's next number (C-00001), from the screen, the API, MCP, a lead or an import; only an import may keep the number of the system before. A new customer is a draft until activated; the AI reviewer checks it (duplicates, VAT register, own bank accounts) and clears or holds it. New bank details, and a new name, VAT number, country, currency or payment terms of an active one, are controlled. A possible duplicate is named on the card. Country, currency and language left out are filled in from its VAT number, its country and the company (what the system fills in). | Guide · API |
| Customer invoices and credit notes | Draft, submit, post, void; the invoice PDF in five languages with the Swiss QR-bill, ZUGFeRD / Factur-X and XRechnung; send by e-mail. Bulk submission refreshes the list before another selection. | A posted invoice is corrected with a credit note; its defaults copy only what remains after posted and pending credits, and its form waits for those current details before editing. | Guide · API |
| Quotes and sales orders | Offer prices to a customer, turn an accepted quote into a sales order, and invoice the order in full or in parts; PDFs in five languages, sent by e-mail. | Nothing posts until an invoice of the order is posted; an order is never invoiced for more than was ordered. | Guide · API |
| Recurring invoices | Templates that make the same invoice monthly, quarterly or yearly. | A second person approves the terms before the first invoice. | Guide · API |
| Products and prices | What the companies sell, with revenue account, VAT type, list prices by currency and standalone selling prices. | Your own article number, or left empty for the next number, P-00001. | Guide · API |
| Filled from what is known | A document, payment or order needs only what a person knows: dates default to the company's today, a product's line takes its name and price, accounts and currency come from the product or the customer or vendor; the answer lists what was filled. | A bill's date is never filled: it is the vendor's. A product without a price is refused, never guessed. | Guide · API |
| Price lists | Customer prices by currency, with volume tiers from a quantity and a first day; one list per customer and currency, proposed on new sales lines. | A price is never changed, only replaced from a later day; nothing posts. | Guide · API |
| Stock | Warehouses, the goods kept in stock at moving average cost, adjustments, transfers, counts and the valuation tied to the inventory accounts. | Only stock postings book the inventory accounts; no stock goes negative; an agent's adjustment waits for a person. | Guide · API |
| Goods received | Purchase order lines for stock items, receipts that post goods and services against the GR/IR account, the bill that clears it, and the GR/IR open items on a day. | The GR/IR open items tie to the ledger to the cent; a price difference revalues the stock; an agent cannot record a receipt. | Guide · API |
| Delivery notes | Ship goods to customers on a numbered delivery note (PDF in five languages, no prices), invoice what was delivered, take goods back with a credit note, and list what is delivered but not yet invoiced. | Posting books the cost of goods sold at moving average; no invoice bills more than was delivered; returned goods come back at the cost they left with. | Guide · API |
| Capacity | Sell rooms, seats and people's time by the night, day or hour: what is free on each day, and bookings for customers. | A booking never takes more than is free on any of its days; units never drop below what is booked from today on; nothing posts. | Guide · API |
| Hospitality | Room types with their seasons, stays reserved for customers, check-in and check-out at the front desk, and the stay's sales invoice drafted at check-out with the nights and what the guests had. | A stay never takes more rooms than are free; the price of each night is fixed when the stay is reserved; the accommodation VAT rate where the country has one; a checked-out stay is always invoiced. | Guide · API |
| Customer statements | The open items of one customer on a day, as a PDF in the customer's language. | Guide · API | |
| Payment reminders | Reminder letters in three levels in the customer's language, with the fee and default interest of each level (Swiss 5 %, German base rate + 9 points and EUR 40) booked as an invoice outside VAT when the letter is handed over; a disputed invoice's reminders can be stopped with a reason. | Guide · API | |
| Bad debts | Write off what a customer will not pay, with or without correcting the VAT; the allowance for doubtful receivables at a period end, per aging bucket and per doubtful invoice. | A second person (never an agent) approves every write-off; it is an internal entry, not a credit note. | Guide · API |
| CRM | Leads and website lead forms, the deal pipeline, prospects, contacts, Gmail and Google Calendar sync, and the timeline of calls, meetings, e-mails and notes. | Nothing here posts; converting a lead creates the prospect, contact and deal together. | Guide · Leads · API |
| HubSpot | A company connects its own HubSpot: contacts at the hand-over stage arrive as leads every 5 minutes, and each contact hears what became of its lead (worked, deal, won, revenue invoiced). | HubSpot stays the marketing tool; a contact becomes a lead once; the token is sealed and a test copy never connects. | Guide · API |
| Shopify | A company connects its own Shopify shop: every 5 minutes the shop's products arrive as products, once each, by their SKU where a product has it, with net list prices, and its orders as confirmed sales orders of their buyers, invoiced as the goods are sent and paid into the payment provider's balance; for drop shipping, the vendor a person names for a shop vendor's goods gets a purchase order for each order, sent to the customer, whose bill books the cost; each Shopify Payments payout books the fees and chargebacks Shopify kept against that balance, and its bank line is posted to the balance by itself; goods refunded after they were sent become a credit note paid back out of that balance. | Shopify stays the shop; a variant becomes a product once; only orders placed after the connection are taken; Stabiso's VAT is the invoice's, and an invoice more than 0.05 from what the shop charged is left to a person; a drop shipper's purchase order is at the cost per item in Shopify and approved like any; a payout whose amounts do not add up, a bank line not of one payout's exact amount naming Shopify, and a refund that differs from its credit note or has no goods wait for a person; the secret is sealed, only the shop's own address is called, and a test copy never connects. | Guide · API |
| Sales performance | The forecast against monthly quotas, the pipeline by owner, stage and month, the win rate and each person's activity, in several currencies. | Read-only; quotas are set by a person with approve. | Guide · API |
| Autopilot | Stabiso keeps outcomes true by itself, a fourth way to run it beside the app, MCP and REST: customers invoiced (what was delivered and recurring invoices due, drafted), customers paid on time (direct debits collected; before a reminder the AI looks for the customer's payment), the bank matched (the matcher, then the AI on each line left, then the check again) and the bills coded (drafts that came in sent on, the AI coding what is left), with every pass recorded and the person's steps as links. | A person switches it on and its work counts as theirs; it never approves, closes, sends, pays or files; 50 AI items a company a day. | Guide · API |
| Support desk | Cases from a shared inbox or entered by hand, in queues with service levels per priority, working hours, members and automatic assignment; replies, internal notes and drafts on each case; breached cases flagged. | Only a person sends a reply or closes a case; an assistant triages and drafts. A test copy never sends. | Guide · API |
| Subscriptions | Committed terms of recurring products, billed by a run each period. | A second person (never an agent) approves every subscription. | Guide · API |
| Revenue contracts | IFRS 15: contracts, performance obligations, price allocation and the recognition schedule. | A second person approves the terms. | Guide · API |
Purchasing
| Feature | What it does | Worth knowing | Read more |
|---|---|---|---|
| Vendors | Vendor master data, including an address entered at creation. | Numbered by itself as V-00001, V-00002, ... per company, also from bills, e-invoices and imports. Same draft, bank-details and key-details controls as customers. A vendor with the same VAT number, IBAN or name as another is named as a possible duplicate; a currency without exchange rates and your own company's IBAN are refused. Country, currency and language are filled in as for customers. | Guide · API |
| Bill capture | Upload a PDF, photo or e-invoice of a bill: it is read, the vendor found or created, the VAT checked, and the bill made for approval. | Review and correct each account before creation. Missing suggestions never silently take a default; nothing posts until a person approves. | Guide · API |
| Expenses | Photograph a receipt on the phone: what was paid, the VAT, the category, the project and the company card fill in by themselves; the AI reviewer checks it against the company's expense policy and it is booked as a bill and paid back in the next payment run. Company card payments are matched to their receipts. | A manager sees only what the reviewer flags (over a limit, no receipt, too old, a duplicate); a person never approves their own; card purchases are never paid in a payment run; foreign VAT is never reclaimed. | Guide · API |
| Vendor bills | Enter or upload bills and vendor credit notes; open items and overdue views. | A vendor invoice number is recorded once per supplier (also across vendors with the same VAT number or IBAN); a bill with the same vendor, amount and date as another waits for a second person. | Guide · API |
| E-invoices | XRechnung and ZUGFeRD / Factur-X: check one, receive it as a draft bill, issue one. | Read from the data in the file, no AI involved. | Guide · API |
| Withholding tax | Keep tax back from a vendor's bills (Italian ritenuta, Spanish IRPF, German Paragraph 50a, US NRA) and pay the rest; a report per period to file and pay the authority. | The code and rate are on the vendor; changing them after a bill is posted needs a second person. | Guide · API |
| Purchase orders | Orders, goods receipts, matching bills to orders within tolerances. | A bill that differs from its order is blocked for payment until approved. | Guide · API |
| Payments and payment proposals | Record payments, propose what to pay (with cash discounts), release a payment run as a pain.001 file. An invoice payment refreshes its open balance before prefilling the amount. | By default nobody releases a payment they created themselves. | Guide · API · Swiss payments API |
| SEPA direct debits | Keep customers' SEPA mandates, propose which EUR invoices to collect, collect them and release a pain.008 file; a bank return reopens the invoice. SEPA in EUR only. | A new mandate or IBAN needs a second person; nobody releases a collection they created; agents never do either. | API |
Bank and currency
| Feature | What it does | Worth knowing | Read more |
|---|---|---|---|
| Bank statements and reconciliation | Import camt.053, camt.054 or CSV statements, match lines to invoices and bills, post the rest; an assistant can suggest matches. | A camt statement goes to the bank account of its IBAN, a CSV file to the account you choose; for a CSV file the page guesses which column holds what and shows the transactions it reads before you import. The same file is never imported twice. | Guide · API |
| Bank reconciliation | Per bank account and statement date: the bank's balance against the ledger, the lines missing on each side, and who marked it reconciled and when. | A difference the items do not explain needs a written reason; the record is never changed. | Guide · API |
| Cash forecast | The next 13 weeks of cash from open invoices and bills (moved by each customer's and vendor's real payment habit), payments waiting for approval, recurring invoices, subscriptions and recurring journals; the lowest point on Home and what changed since last week. | Reads only, nothing to type in. A forecast is kept each Monday and never changed; the assistant explains the changes with the invoices and customers behind them. | Guide · API |
| Exchange rates | ECB rates against the company's currency, history, a converter, the official VAT rates, and the exposure a revaluation would remeasure. | Reference data only; nothing here changes the books. | Guide · API |
| Intercompany | Trade, loans and dividends between companies of one organization, with the matching draft on the other side and reconciliation. | Needs an approved relationship between the two companies. | Guide · API |
Assets and tax
| Feature | What it does | Worth knowing | Read more |
|---|---|---|---|
| Fixed assets | Assets, depreciation in book and tax books, disposals, deferred tax. | Your own asset tag, or left empty for the next number, FA-00001. | Guide · API |
| Leases | A lessee's leases under IFRS 16: right-of-use asset and lease liability at commencement, the schedule month by month, interest and depreciation posted per period, a change of payments, the early end; short-term and low-value leases only listed. | Your own contract number, or left empty for the next number, L-00001. Local GAAP usually expenses leases; the lessor's bills are booked on the lease liability; a foreign-currency liability is revalued at period end. | Guide · API |
| VAT returns | The VAT return on the official form, from the ledger: the Swiss MWST return, the German Umsatzsteuer-Voranmeldung and ZM, the French CA3, the Italian LIPE, the Spanish Modelo 303, the UK VAT100, the Canadian GST/HST return, the Swedish momsdeklaration, the Finnish kausiveroilmoitus, the Danish momsangivelse and the Norwegian MVA-melding; compute, finalise, amend, settle. | Finalising locks the period's VAT; a correction is a new return. | Guide · Germany · API |
| Cost centres and projects | Cost centres, profit centres and projects with their values, chosen on journal, invoice, bill and bank lines; results by cost centre, profit centre or project with the postings behind them. | Values are never deleted and their codes never change; an account can require one on manual entries and documents; the results add up to the income statement. | Guide · API |
| US sales tax | A US company's sales tax by state: registrations, local rates and tax areas, exempt customers and products, a return per state from the ledger, its filing and payment. | Charged only where registered; agents never record a filing or an exemption. | Guide · API |
Close and group
| Feature | What it does | Worth knowing | Read more |
|---|---|---|---|
| Period close | Depreciation, revaluation, deferred tax, the checklist, close and reopen a period. | Guide · API | |
| Close tracker | The close calendar: who does which step on which working day, and what is overdue. | Guide · API | |
| Scheduled close job | Runs the routine period-end steps every night. | Guide | |
| Year-end close | Close a fiscal year into the annual result, lock it, book the shareholders' resolution, catch up earlier years. | Reopening a closed year is a person's decision with a reason, and reverses the closing entry. | Guide · API |
| Consolidation | The group structure, translation to the reporting currency, eliminations and group statements. | Guide · API |
Approvals and controls
| Feature | What it does | Worth knowing | Read more |
|---|---|---|---|
| AI reviewer | The default controls mode: fixed checks decide each controlled step. A new customer or vendor (VAT register, duplicates, own bank accounts) and a period-end run's entry (depreciation, FX revaluation, deferred tax) clear at once when they pass; anything else that would wait is held for a person, and the owner who runs the company alone releases it with a passkey touch, so nobody outside the company is asked. The review, every check and its evidence are in the audit trail and readable by auditors over MCP. | An administrator chooses on Settings → Approval policy → Who approves; four eyes when the law or auditor requires a second person (Swiss ordinary audit, SEC registrant). The reviewer never labels its decision as a person's approval. | Guide · ADR-0101 |
| Approval policy | The table that says who may post, approve or release what, and when a second person is needed. | By default a person may not release a payment they created or finalise a VAT return they prepared. | Guide · API |
| Posting approval limit | Each company's limit in its own currency (about CHF 100,000 to start, as a round figure in its currency): whatever one person posts above it (journals, bills, invoices, payments, refunds, VAT settlements, revaluations, depreciation runs) and its reversal wait for a second person. | Foreign-currency documents are compared after conversion; an administrator lowers the limit at once on Settings > Company, while raising or removing it waits for a second person. | Guide · API |
| Audit trail and change history | Who did what and when, for every record; the Changes panel of a customer, vendor, entry, invoice, bill or order opens each change to show every field before and after, and who requested and approved it; a hash chain makes tampering visible; an archive export for auditors. | Append-only. | Guide · API |
| Audit files | The files auditors ask for, per company and fiscal year: the FEC (fichier des écritures comptables) of a French company, the GoBD data carrier (CSV with index.xml) of a German one, the OECD SAF-T 2.0 XML elsewhere, and in every country an audit evidence pack after the AICPA Audit Data Standards (journal with approvers, trial balance, users and rights, sign-ins, audit trail, master data changes, approvals, period closes, receivables, payables, deals won, hash chain check). | Posted entries only; part of a year only for closed periods; a French company needs its VAT number for the FEC (named after the SIREN in it). The SAF-T follows the OECD schema, not a national one. Deals link to invoices only through subscriptions. | Guide · API |
| External auditors | Invite an auditor from Settings → Auditors with the date their access ends; they see everything and change nothing, and so does any AI assistant they connect over MCP. Every page, request and MCP tool call they make is in an access log you can read. | Read-only; never approves. An end date is required (at most two years ahead) and ends their sign-ins and their connected apps; nobody moves their own end date. | Guide · API |
| AI agents | Built-in agents for bill capture, bank reconciliation suggestions, close review, an in-app assistant (with all MCP tools and charts) and questions about the books. | An agent can only prepare; a person approves. | Guide · API · MCP tools |
Settings
| Feature | What it does | Worth knowing | Read more |
|---|---|---|---|
| Company profile and API keys | The organization, its companies' details, API keys for integrations and agents. | Keys belong to a person and carry scopes. | Guide · API |
| Branding | Each company's logo, brand and accent colours, and theme (light, dark or the device's): on the app, on invoices, quotes, reminders and delivery notes, in e-mails to customers, on the online quote page and on website forms. | A colour is taken only when it reads on white (4.5 to 1 for the brand colour, 3 to 1 for the accent); an invoice already issued keeps the look it was printed with. Masked test copies preserve the company’s own branding as setup. | Guide · API |
| Addresses | Every address form (customers, vendors, the company profile, warehouses) suggests whole addresses as you type and fills street, number, postal code, town, canton or state and country; the postal code fills the town; country and canton or state are picked from lists. | Suggestions come from Google Maps through Stabiso's server (only the typed text and country are sent); the town from the postal code uses open data and works without Google for 13 countries. | Guide · API |
| Industries | Each company chooses its industry (hospitality, professional services, wholesale, retail, online shop and drop shipping, manufacturing or general) in the setup wizard or Settings, Company; its screens come first in the menu and its cards on Home. | Nothing is switched off or hidden. An industry not fully built says so: retail has no till yet, online shop and manufacturing are planned. | Guide |
| Users and sign-in | Invite people, give them roles, sign in with Google or a password Google keeps, then with a passkey; My passkeys adds and removes them. | Every sign-in needs the person's passkey (fingerprint, face or PIN), for everyone; a stolen password or a fake sign-in page opens nothing. Adding or removing a passkey, and an administrator's reset of someone's, ask for a fresh touch. Every invite gets a set-password e-mail from Google. Giving someone the right to approve is declared (who they are, a different person) and confirmed by them; the approver register shows it to auditors. | Guide · Passkeys · API |
| Roles | Ready-made roles (bookkeeper, AP and AR clerk, controller, sales rep and lead, support agent, warehouse clerk, internal auditor, viewer, administrator) and your own, each saying in plain words what it can and cannot do; See it as shows the app as a person sees it; Unused rights suggests taking away what nobody used for 90 days. | A role sets a person's rights, the areas of the app they open and which sales records they see; a closed area is closed in the sidebar, the API and the AI assistants alike. Nothing is taken away by itself: an administrator takes each suggestion, with the audit trail. | Guide · API |
| Company sign-in | People sign in with their company account (Okta, Microsoft Entra ID or another OpenID Connect provider), then with their passkey; set up on Settings → Company sign-in with the steps for each provider. | The provider is asked before a connection is kept; its secret is sealed and never shown. Making it the only way in waits until somebody signed in through it; then Google and passwords no longer open the organization for its domains. Only invited people sign in, into that organization only. | Guide · API |
| Data sources | The reference-data sources the organization uses (tax rates, exchange rates) and whether they are current. | Guide · API | |
| Data import | Import customers, vendors, accounts, opening balances and open items from CSV or Excel: dry run, then all or nothing. | Guide · API | |
| Test copies and environments | Clone Production into a test copy (optionally with personal data masked), refresh it by hand or nightly, switch between environments in the top bar, add sample data, remove a copy. | A test copy never e-mails customers or makes payment files. | Guide · API |
| Modules | Which functions are modules of their own (invoicing and receivables, CRM and sales, purchasing, inventory, revenue contracts and subscriptions, support desk, auditors, capacity, hospitality, roles, company sign-in, branding, addresses, fixed assets and leases, saved reports, consolidation and intercompany, cash forecast, plans and analytics, rolling forecast, expenses, bank and payments, Autopilot, tax, month-end and year-end close, Salesforce, HubSpot, Shopify, Gmail and Calendar), each with its own version, tests and release note. | Every company has every module; a module follows the same permissions, approvals and audit trail as the core. | Guide |
| Archive export | The complete package of the organization's data for its own archive. | Guide · API | |
| Webhooks | Tell other systems of events (deals, leads, quotes, tasks, invoices, bills, payments, subscriptions, support cases): signed messages, retried for about 42 hours, with a delivery log and send-again. | Public https addresses only; a webhook that fails for a day is stopped and administrators are told. | Guide · API |

Keeping this page complete
tests/architecture/test_docs_index.py fails CI when an API area has no row on this page, when a
link here or on the documentation home is broken, or when a page under docs/ can't
be reached from the documentation home. A new area of the API therefore needs a row here before it
merges.
